Access

Leticia, the city the most in the south of Colombia, the landing point to discover the Amazon. You can fly to Leticia with Latam or Avianca, from several cities in Colombia: Bogota, Cartagena, Cali... Once in Leticia airport you will easily reach the port, as it is only 5 minutes by taxi. Here, you will take either the public boat or the private boat to reach Chunaki, after a 90 minutes ride up the Amazon river.

Be cautious when booking your arrival flight, as the last public shuttle up that serves Chunaki, leaves Leticia at 1pm. The first one of the day is at 7am, the second one at 11am and the last one at 1pm. For our private boat, the latest time we can pick you up will be 3pm.

After this short boat trip from Leticia, you will reach Chunaki, our own reserve. It is a luxurious and relaxing place that oversees the river. Chunaki is nested in the rainforest and is neighbor to local traditional communities.
